I was sharing internet with my neighbor via WiFi, but she went crazy and decided she didn’t want to split it anymore. It has been about a week since not having it, and I am honestly not that disappointed. I can check my mail at work. I use my computer at home as a creative tool now, instead of constantly checking email, surfing forums, and generally poorly using my time. I am going to stick with not having it for now. Only having access at work, until I possibly get a laptop and can use the computer at cafes and such. I am trying to ease my addiction which means I might not be back here trying to score the dope very often. Sorry Steve.

While at the Royal Oak Clay and Glass Festival today an old gentleman approached me to sign a petition to get on the ballet to run for congress. It turned out to be Dr. Jack Kevorkian. “He is most noted for publicly championing a terminal patient’s right to die via euthanasia; he claims to have assisted at least 130 patients to that end. He famously said that ‘dying is not a crime.’”

He was a very nice man and was happy to let me have my photo taken with him just after I signed my name.

It’s easy to get depressed when working from home. Even though I don’t like going into work, for the past 3 weeks I went in everyday and was angry about it, I am at home today and have slept in too much and wish I was not sitting in my living room. So I am making a list of things to do, because they always help me out. I am also thinking about buying a laptop so I can “work from home” at a cafe. But where am I going to get the money for that??

Also, I am going to really try to cut back on my swear word usage. I think I’ve lost control of it, so I’m going to try to get it back.

There was a big storm in Southern Michigan yesterday. I came home after hanging out at my dad’s house all afternoon and found a tree in my driveway where I normally park my car (the green one on the right). If I’d have been home, my car would have been another 10 feet up with some limbs smashed through the windshield.
